When you have finished composing your letter in Outlook Express, place your cursor at the location where you want to insert your sig tag. Next choose insert, then picture. Now browse to the folder you have the Sig Tag saved in, then select the tag you want to use.

Now, your letter will have your Sig Tag in it like mine below.
